According to statistics, every day, at the unique emergency number 112, thousands of calls are received announcing situations in which citizens need the help of intervention teams. Of these, a very high percentage is represented by non-urgent calls in which there is no need for emergency intervention by specialized agencies - Ambulance, SMURD, Firefighters, Police, Gendarmerie or Mountain Rescue.
